Booking your wedding with Farm 12 includes our farm-to-table inspired menu and experienced event staff. Partnering with local farms and vendors, our culinary team creates scratch-made cuisine and bar services for an evening of effortless entertaining. Event Hall
A perfect blend of rustic elegance and modern charm. We like to call this space the “home” of Farm 12 Events. This space can fit up to 300 guests comfortably. It has terraces on both sides and a stunning winding staircase, perfect for a grand entrance.
Festival Barn Courtyard
Create the ultimate dance floor under our string lights and the twinkling stars or host your ceremony for 300. Our Festival Barn Courtyard is our most versatile space, great for cocktail hour or a bustling reception. With a gorgeous greenhouse backdrop, this space is perfect for any event with an airy feel.
Fields
The fields surrounding Farm 12 create a romantic backdrop for first look, sunset, or bridal party pictures. Every season is beautiful in it’s own way - we’ve never seen a bad Farm 12 field picture!

A tranquil, blank canvas to design your event with an outdoor atmosphere. We love seeing long tables with family style receptions or ceremonies with stunning floral designs in our greenhouse!

Nobody likes a hungry bridal party! We have ensuite menus for our bridal suites complete with the fan favorite turkey sandwich, salads, cheese boards, drinks for everyone, and more!
“I just had my wedding here on May 6th, and it was fantastic. We got the pasta bar catered through here as well as full wet bar service. Not only that, but the linens, tablecloths, utensils, etc. are all provided by the venue so it is really a one stop shop! Krista was my event coordinator and she was so kind, helpful, and responsive. The venue is stunning, we received several compliments on it, the bar, and the food. Very pleased with Farm 12!”
