Waitlist | 1-6 people
For parties of 1-6, Farm 12 is currently first come first-serve. Please add your name to our waitlist before you arrive! Once you sign up, it will send you a text to confirm with your estimated wait time. Please make sure you are looking at your phone and responding to the text messages.
Reservations | 7-15 people
For parties of 7-15, we are allowing large party reservations on a first come, first served basis. For Saturdays and Sundays, large party reservations are limited. The inquiry form below is monitored by our restaurant management.
For groups larger than 15 people, please submit an Extra Large Party request!
