Come train with us prior to the race! We will be meeting at Fika on Saturday mornings in September prior to the race which is on September 30th! This will be a self paced run, where you can run or walk to prep for the 5K, this will also give you a chance to run on the trail that the race will be on. Sue Keighron a Vie Coach, one of our sponsors for the 5k, and SBS employee will be leading the runs. She will let you know where to turn around if you are running 1 mile or 2 miles!
